Shopify in 365 business Banking: retrieve and apply transactions and fees from Shopify Payments.
Shopify is an e-commerce platform for online stores. With Shopify Payments, your store accepts payments directly through Shopify. With 365 business Banking you keep your Shopify Payments account as a bank account in Business Central. The account's movements are imported as bank transactions into the payment reconciliation journal.
Attention
The integration with Shopify is currently in beta phase. Some features may not yet be fully available or stable. We recommend evaluating this integration in a test environment first before deploying it in a production environment.

Prerequisites
- A Shopify store with Shopify Payments and your Shopify credentials.
- Your store name, for example
mystoreformystore.myshopify.com. - Pop-ups are allowed for Business Central in the browser. The authorization at Shopify opens in a separate window.
Connect
You connect Shopify with the Connect Bank Account wizard: you choose the bank account to which the payments are posted, enter the store name and authorize Business Central at Shopify. Step by step, every field of the Shopify Connection Setup and how to disconnect: Connect Shopify.
Retrieve transactions
You retrieve Shopify transactions like any bank account with Retrieve Bank Transactions: Retrieve Shopify transactions.
