Mollie
Mollie is a payment service provider that enables businesses to accept payments online. With Mollie you can integrate various payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit, and many others. With 365 business Banking you can connect your Mollie account directly to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to automatically fetch transactions and include them in payment reconciliation.
Prerequisites
- An active Mollie account.
Step-by-step instructions
- Select Bank Accounts from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central search.
- Create a new bank account or select an existing one.
- On the Bank Account Card, under Actions, choose the Account Connection action group and select Connect….

- Select Mollie from the list.
- Confirm the prompt by selecting Yes.
- Click Authenticate to establish a connection between Mollie Connect and 365 business Banking.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the authentication.

Disconnect Account Connection
- Select Bank Accounts from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central search.
- Select the bank account whose connection you want to disconnect.
- On the Bank Account Card, under Actions, choose the Account Connection action group and select Disconnect....
- Confirm the prompt by selecting Yes.
Retrieve Transactions
After establishing the connection between Mollie and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central via the Mollie integration in 365 business Banking, you can retrieve transactions from Mollie just like from a regular bank account and include them in payment reconciliation.
Good to know
Transactions may contain fees or other deductions. These fees and deductions are recorded by 365 business Banking as separate transactions so that they can be posted separately from the original payments and the reconciliation is correctly represented.
