ZKA Codes (Business Transaction Codes) Support

In German payment transactions, bank transactions are classified with three-digit ZKA codes (business transaction codes). Correct evaluation of these codes enables automated and more precise allocation of bank transactions to open entries or G/L accounts in the payment reconciliation process — without manual rework.
Feature Description
365 business Banking evaluates ZKA codes contained in CAMT messages and bank statement formats (e.g., MT940) and uses them as criteria in reconciliation rules. This allows transactions such as fees, interest credits, or SEPA payments to be automatically allocated to the correct accounts.
When 365 business Banking is installed, the most common ZKA codes are set up automatically. The codes can then be individually extended or adjusted.
