Several users per bank account
As of version 18.4, several people in 365 business Banking use the same bank account with their own online banking login, provided that the bank issues personal logins.
Business Value
Many banks issue online banking logins per person, each with their own TAN method. For payments, each person needs their own credentials and TAN. The login that connected the account is therefore not sufficient for payments by other people.
Feature Description
In addition to the Company Bank Access, there are personal bank accesses (page Personal Bank Accesses). With Use With My Own Bank Login, a person connects the same account with their credentials. For their payments, Business Central uses their access automatically. Transactions are still retrieved through exactly one access so that no transaction is imported twice.
