365 business Banking retrieves Mollie transactions including fees into the payment reconciliation journal, where they are applied to open customer ledger entries.

Mollie is a payment service provider widely used in Europe that supports many payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit and other local methods. Without a direct connection, Mollie transactions must be entered in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central manually. With a high order volume, this requires considerable effort.

Feature Description

The Mollie account is connected as a bank account via the Connect Bank Account wizard. You sign in to Mollie in a separate window and authorize Business Central. An API key is not required. Retrieve Bank Transactions transfers the transactions of your Mollie balances as bank transactions to the payment reconciliation journal. There, they are available for automatic application to open customer ledger entries. Fees and other deductions are created as separate lines.
