Klarna offers payment methods such as invoice payment, installment payment and instant transfer. Without a connection, businesses that offer Klarna as a payment method must reconcile incoming Klarna settlements with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central manually. With a high transaction volume, this is time-consuming and error-prone.

Feature Description

The Klarna merchant account is connected as a bank account with an API key from the Klarna Merchant Portal via the Connect Bank Account wizard. Retrieve Bank Transactions transfers the movements of every Klarna payout as bank transactions to the payment reconciliation journal. There, they are available for automatic application to open customer ledger entries. Fees are created as separate lines and can be posted automatically through reconciliation rules.
