Address Data (address directory)
Table name of the central table that stores checked and predicted addresses, so the same address is not sent to a service again. This documentation refers to it as the address directory. → Address directory
Address Data Initialization
Page and action used to read the existing address data of your company into the address directory once, split into batches per source table. Loading addresses does not check them. → Initialize address data
Address Field Decoration
Visual highlighting of address fields that have not yet been checked or are ambiguous, on cards and documents. → Validate an address
Address prediction
Feature that suggests matching addresses or companies while you type in the Name or Address field. → Address prediction
Address Validation All
Permission set (bdev.ADR All) that includes Address Validation Basic and additionally grants full rights on all tables of the app, including the setup. → Permissions
Address Validation Basic
Permission set (bdev.ADR Basic) that allows day-to-day work with address validation and address prediction, but only read access to the setup. → Permissions
Address Validation Results
Page that shows every match of a check sorted in descending order by Match Score, for selection, when a check returns more than one match. → How address validation works
Address Validation Scope
Setup field with the options All, Only enabled for client sessions with user interface, and Only enabled for sessions without user interface, which restricts automatic validation to one type of session. → How address validation works
Address Validation Status
Status field of an entry in the address directory, with the values Not Validated, Manually Checked, and Validated. → Address directory
Address Verification
Setup field that shows the Compare Address page before a suggested change is applied. → Address Validation Setup
Alternative Address
Standard record of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central whose address 365 business Address Validation can also check. → Master data
Always apply address change
User setting (enum Addr. Val. User Setting, value Always apply address change) that lets a user accept future suggested changes from address validation without being asked, on the Compare Address page. → User settings
Check Contact Address

Change Address Value
Page used to manually overwrite a suggested field value, opened from the AssistEdit button next to an address field on the Compare Address page. → Validate an address
Compare Address
Page that shows the original and the suggested address side by side, if Address Verification is enabled, before the change is applied. → Validate an address

Setup field that sets the number of records per batch for address data initialization. → Initialize address data
Initialized and Initialization Pct. Completed
Fields on the Address Validation Setup that show whether address data initialization for the company is complete and how far it has progressed. → Initialize address data
Match Score
Column (labeled Genauigkeit on the German pages) on the Address Validation Results page, by which matches are sorted in descending order. → How address validation works
Max. No. of Predictions
Setup field that sets the maximum number of suggestions shown in the address prediction drop-down, between 1 and 10. → Address prediction
Order Address
Term used by 365 business Address Validation for the order address record of Business Central. → Master data

Role Center
The Address Validation Role Center shows the checked status of your address data at a glance, with the Validated and Unchecked cues. → Role Center
Ship-to Address
Address checked by 365 business Address Validation, either as its own master record or as an address group on a sales or purchase document. → Master data
Trial period

Usage
