# One bank access for several companies

As of version 18.4, 365 business Banking distributes the bank accounts of one bank access to the companies they belong to while connecting.

## Business Value

Groups of companies, for example renewable energy operators with one entity per plant, keep many accounts under one bank access. With this feature, each company does not have to be connected separately.

## Feature Description

With **Enable Multi-Company Connection**, the wizard's account selection shows a **Company** column. Business Central suggests the company based on the account holder, creates the accounts in the target company in the background and logs the hand-over on the **Bank Account Hand-over** page. If errors occur, the hand-over is retried automatically. You find the switch on the **Company Bank Access** page in the **Technical details** FastTab, which only users with the SUPER or **365 Banking - Setup** permission set see. For a personal bank access, the switch is on its card in the **Connection** FastTab.
