# Address field highlighting

Address fields that have not been validated yet, or that are ambiguous, are highlighted on the card.

## What's new

Address fields on cards and documents in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central get a colored highlight as long as the related address is not considered validated.

## Benefit

You can see at a glance which record still has an unvalidated address, without opening every card individually.

## Where it is set up

You turn the highlighting on or off with the **Address Field Decoration Enabled** field in the [Address Validation Setup](../../setup/address-validation-setup.mdx). The **Address Field Decoration** field sets the highlighting style.
