Payment by Invoice

Payments by invoice are generally made in advance for the respective billing period. Invoices are sent electronically by email, as an e-invoice in the ZUGFeRD/Factur-X format. The invoice contains all relevant payment information, such as invoice number, invoice date, due date, payment method, bank details, and tax number.

Invoices can be paid by bank transfer and have a payment term of 14 days.

Payment by Credit Card

Credit card payments are processed through our payment service provider Stripe. Stripe is an international payment service provider that enables the processing of credit card payments. Payment is made via a secure connection directly to Stripe. Billing is generally done in advance for the respective billing period. An invoice is created for each charge and sent electronically by email, as an e-invoice in the ZUGFeRD/Factur-X format.

The authorization of the respective payment method takes place during license activation, and the charge is made in advance for the respective billing period, upon invoicing.

Note: If the stored payment method cannot be charged, the license will be automatically deactivated.
The deactivation will occur after prior notification, with a grace period of 7 days.
